Many plants and animals contain astaxanthin, but due to resource constraints and its content, resulting in the current access to astaxanthin are not economic，and the synthetic astaxanthin doesn’t meet the fact which modern people pursue “Nature”.

After Fish and crustaceans, meat and poultry use the feed by adding the astaxanthin, the body could be bright red color, and enhance egg yolk, make skin, feet, beak show a golden yellow. These greatly enhance its nutritional and commercial value.

2、Astaxanthin as a natural hormone improve reproductive capacity. Astaxanthin can promote egg fertilization, reduce embryonic mortality, promote individual growth, increasing the speed of maturity and fecundity.
